- Ich habe einen Führungsanspruch und möchte mich in die Rolle eines digitalen Marketing-Leaders entwickeln
- Heute arbeite ich leidenschaftlich im Business Development
- oder Marketing-Bereich, habe Berufserfahrung und mir die nötigen generalistischen „Basics“ angeeignet
- Ich habe insbesondere Erfahrung im Data-Base, Digital-Growth
- und Online-Marketing, bin technologisch „up-to-date“ und vertiefe mich hier mit Leidenschaft
- ERP/CRM-Systeme (von Vorteil: Odoo) sind mir geläufig, Marketingautomationen sind keine Herausforderung, auch E-Mail-Marketing-Tools wie Active Campaign sind mir gut bekannt.
- Ich habe eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit und Freude an der direkten und digitalen Kommunikation und kann schriftlich sowie mündlich stilsicher formulieren

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare (kaufmännische) Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im digitalen Marketing oder Growth-Marketing oder Business Development.
- Generelle IT-Affinität und gute Kenntnisse von CRM-Tools wie Odoo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Active Campaign u.a.
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sicherer Umfang mit allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, unternehmerisches Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
**Was erwartet dich bei uns?**
- Du schaffst die Prozesse und Infrastruktur, die unser Sales-Team bei der Bestandskundenpflege und Neukunden-Gewinnung durch State-of-the-Art digital Marketing noch schlagkräftiger macht.
- Du übernimmst unser CRM-Systems (Odoo) als Key-User und schaffst durch kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der dazugehörigen Prozesse eine digitalen Sales-Pipeline.
- Du verantwortest die digitalen Marketing
- und Sales
- Du konzipierst und erstellst automatisierten Marketing-Kampagnen
- Du entwickelst unser automatisiertes Database Marketing mit vernetzten CRM-Systemen weiter
- Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung - besonders dem kaufmännischen Geschäftsführer der HICO Group - und den Kollegen im Sales
- und Marketing-Team zusammen.
