As **Admin Planner** at logit.syncreon based at our new location in **Dortmund **you will be responsible for on-site coordination. **About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Administrative management and processing of customer orders
- administrative processing of the inbound with documentation
- Creation and maintenance of reports for the operative area to control the material movements
- procurement / order management consumables
- Cooperation and communication with various internal departments and clients
- Processing of complaints and service level issues
- Data management and maintenance of master data
- Compilation & provision of data for further processing in the area of operations
- Shipment tracking and feedback to the appropriate departments
- Creation and analysis of statistics
- Billing for services rendered
- Creation, maintenance and control of minimum stock levels incl. processing and handling of orders for the site

**Your Key Qualifications**
- Completed training as a dispatch clerk or comparable training, alternatively completed university degree in logistics/business administration
- Practical experience in the commercial area of a logistics company is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
- You are a team player, with strong communication skills, reliable and stress-resistant and willing to work in a shift system.
- You enjoy dealing with our internal and external customers.
- You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with excellent self-reliance.
