**Deine Mission
- Anspruchsvolle und komplexe Fragestellungen, die mit quantitativen Modellen beantwortet werden können
- Mitarbeit bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Pflege von quantitativen Modellen der Banksteuerung (z.B. Kreditportfoliomodelle, VaR-Modelle für Marktpreisrisiken, XVA-Modelle, Pricing-Modell für Handelsprodukte, Liquiditätsrisiko-Modelle), der Konzeptionierung neuer Produkte sowie der zugehörigen Begleitung bei der Implementierung in den IT-Systemen der Bank
- Strukturelle Analyse interner und externer Daten unter Nutzung moderner Analysesoftware (z.B. R, Python, Tableau, Ab Initio) sowie neuer fachlicher Methoden
- Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung bzw. Automatisierung des Regelbetriebs in den Gesamtbanksteuerungseinheiten (z.B. im Risikocontrolling oder im Treasury) oder im Handel
- Einblick und Mitarbeit in übergreifenden Bankprojekten zur Harmonisierung der bankinternen Infrastruktur Wertvolle Einblicke und Mitwirkung in fünf verschiedenen Stationen, darunter auch eine Abteilung in einer unserer ausländischen Niederlassungen und/oder bei einer Konzerntochter (z.B. DKB AG) je nach Kapazität

**Deine Superkräfte
- Guter bis sehr guter Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Mathematik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Statistik, Ökonometrie, Data Science, Physik, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Interesse an einer facettenreichen Tätigkeit in der Bankenbranche
- Begeisterung für stetige Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Modelllandschaft unter modernen fachlichen und technischen Aspekten
- Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Spaß an der konzeptionellen und operativen Arbeit
- Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2)
