In unserem Project Management Office im Bereich Business Development ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Stelle eines Project Implementation Leaders für das Projekt IKEA Labled Electricity Subscription (ILES) zu besetzen.

Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in folgenden Bereichen:

- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement.
- Du hast Erfahrung darin Ideen und Diskussionsergebnisse zusammenzufassen und in Prozesse zu überführen.
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen (Finance) und Einkauf (Procurement).
- Du bist strukturiert und verbindlich in deiner Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist belastbar und verstehst es, auch in stressigen und unvorhersehbaren Situationen mit Kommunikation Vertrauen zu schaffen.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, proaktiv zu arbeiten und Initiative zu ergreifen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und bist in der Lage, interne und externe Interessengruppen zu inspirieren, zu beraten und zu überzeugen.
- Du kommunizierst leidenschaftlich gern und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Du bist verantwortlich für

Als Project Implementation Leader unterstützt du den Aufbau eines völlig neuen Geschäftszweiges für IKEA Deutschland. Deine Aufgabe ist es die Energiemanagementprozesse im Projekt mit relevanten Fachbereichen abzustimmen und aufzusetzen. Diese Aufgabe beinhaltet unter anderen die folgenden Aspekte:

- die Erstellung von Salesforcasts
- die Energiebeschaffung durch PPA‘s und Hedging
- die Beschaffung und Entwertung von Herkunftsnachweisen
- die Kundenpreisgestaltung
- das Aufsetzen erforderlicher Freigabe und Buchungsprozesse in Abstimmung mit Finance und Procurement
- die Abstimmung der Aufgabenteilung zwischen IKEA und unserem externen Businesspartner

Innerhalb deiner Aufgabe berichtest du an und unterstützt den Country Projektmanager in der Koordination und Administration der Projektaufgaben und Meetings.

Die Stelle wird am Standort Wallau besetzt und kann gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit erfordern.
