As one of six Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for a team of 20 employees and report directly to the overall Production Manager. Responsibilities: You are responsible for controlling and optimizing a production process that meets deadlines, quality standards and costs You plan, control and monitor the production processes You analyze processes and structures and improve them with the aim of improving key figures You are responsible for leading, coaching and scheduling production employees You monitor production in all aspects of occupational safety and train employees in all relevant aspects You are responsible for CNC programming

Your background: Successfully completed technical training with advanced training as a master or technician Fluent written and spoken German First professional personnel responsibility, ideally management experience as (deputy) production supervisor or production supervisor Expertise in CNC-controlled machining Knowledge of common CNC control systems Entrepreneurial thinking, creative drive and hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills High level of motivation and persuasiveness as well as a distinctive balance between teamwork and assertiveness
