The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a working student (*) in quality management at Neuss for our Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division (AASD) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintenance of the 3M internal CAPA System (Corrective Action, Preventive Action) to improve the internal Quality Management System and internal Processes_- Creation of Process-Analytics and support users in handling of different reporting tools_- Support the organization to update and to maintain the audit program in EMEA_- Creation of training documentation for different Quality Management related topics_- Coordination of cross functional teams to investigate and solve issues of any non-conformance_

Your Skills and Expertise- Yor are currently pursuing a full-time bachelor or master studies in business administration or a technical area_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include- Independent work as well as analytical and conceptual skills_- Good handling of standard software (SAP, SF, Power BI, Excel, etc.)_- Communication skills_- Knowledge of Industrial Standards for Quality Management e.g., IATF 16949, EN9100 is an advantage_
