- Operative Koordination bei Marktanfragen beim Technischen Support und Kundenbeschwerden
- Steuerung der Support Prozesse und Fallbearbeitung in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Reporting und Analyse zur Ableitung von Prozessverbesserung der Support Funktionen
- Steuerung der vor Ort Unterstützung von Servicepartnern bei Eskalations

- Einführung von Konnektivitätsfunktionen und -paketen sowie digitalen Services sowie Koordination der Lade
- und Wallboxangebote
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Aftersales Prozesse und Systeme
- Unterstützung bei strategischen Themen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Bachelor in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Aftersales, Service Operations oder Ersatzteile
- Erste Erfahrungen mit In-Car Konnektivitätssystemen, idealerweise praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld Automobilhandel
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Technologieaffinität
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen
- Kenntnisse von Prozessen im Autohaus von Vorteil und Kenntnisse von automobilrelevanten Systemen von Vorteil (z.B. Diagnose, DMS, Arbeits
- und Teileprogramme)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
