Die European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Deutsche Post DHL Group. Sie ist sowohl Flugzeugwartungsbetrieb als auch Frachtfluggesellschaft. Die Flotte der EAT Leipzig umfasst aktuell 36 Flugzeuge der Typen Airbus A300-600, Airbus A330-200 und Boeing 757. Gegenwärtig werden Flugziele in Europa, Afrika, Nordamerika und dem Nahen Osten angeflogen. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt zurzeit rund 1200 Mitarbeiter an seinen Standorten am Flughafen Leipzig / Halle und in Brüssel, sowie den Außenstationen Frankfurt, Köln und Kopenhagen.
**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
Der Logistics Senior Coordinator ist für die termingerechte, ganzheitliche Ermittlung von Materialbedarfen sowie Koordination von Teilebestellungen für interne und externe Kunden zuständig.
- Materialbedarfsermittlung und -planung auf Basis der verwendeten Standardsoftware (TRAX)
- Koordination der termingerechten Materialbereitstellung für die Maintenance mit internen und externen Partnern
- Management von Einzel
- und Poolbestellungen sowohl im EAT MRO System als auch in Drittsystemen (AMOS)
- Bestandsmanagements für Flugzeugkomponenten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mitlogistikinternen und anderen Abteilungen der EAT, sowie Kunden und Lieferanten
- Konzeption und Optimierung sowie Implementierung von Arbeitsprozessen, die eine termingerechte Materialbedarfsplanung und -bestellung sicherstellen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Standards zur Kosten-, Service
- und Prozessoptimierung für die im Verantwortungsbereich liegende Materialbeschaffung
- Regelmäßige Prozessanalyse und Kontrolle der Prozesseinhaltung, ggf. Initiierung von Anpassungen
- Mitarbeitund ggf. Management von (bereichsübergreifenden) Projekten
**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Einkauf/ Logistik und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Materialmanagement / Materialplanung
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office & Trax)
- Hohes Maß an Prozessverständnis der Flugzeugwartung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kunden
