**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
**ERFAHRUNG TRIFFT VERÄNDERUNG**
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Performance Marketing-Strategie hinsichtlich Paid Performance (Leadgenerierung) und Paid Search (Branding)
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Performance Marketing Einheiten über alle Ländergesellschaften hinweg
- Strategische Planung, Koordination sowie Steuerung aller Performance-Kampagnen in Abstimmung mit den Ländergesellschaften (SEA, Display, Remarketing und Paid Social Media)
- Planung und Verwaltung von Budgets auf globaler Ebene
- Analyse und Optimierung der Performance-Kanäle sowie Entwicklung von Testansätzen entlang der Customer Journey (u.a. A/B Testing, Usability, Landingpages)
- KPI-Monitoring und regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management über alle Ländergesellschaften hinweg
- Identifikation von Online-Marketing Trends sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung interner Workflows und Prozesse
- Marktbeobachtung und Wettbewerbsanalyse
- Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern
**DEIN PROFIL**:
**KOMPETENZ TRIFFT CHARAKTER**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikations-/ Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Online-Marketing
- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Track Record im KPI-getriebenen Performance Online-Marketing, vorzugsweise im B2B Bereich und in der Konzeption von Conversion optimierten B2B- und optional B2C-Websites mit modernen Leadgenerierungsansätzen
- Du greifst auf ein gutes Wissen mit marktgängigen Content Management Systemen zurück (u.a. TYPO3, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Analytics, -Ads, -Tag Manager, LinkedIn Kampagnen Manager und Facebook Ads
- Du verstehst Deine Zielgruppen dank einer betriebswirtschaftlichen, ergebnisorientierten und datengetriebenen Arbeitsweise
- Du bist organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig, hast gute analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest selbstständig und proaktiv
