About us

Join us as Business & Ecosystems Lead to take responsibility for the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your role- With your experience in Life Science and MedTec sector, you will act as trusted partner and key stakeholder for our partners in the business units - you understand their needs, generate and prioritize demand and fill your focus project pipeline- You will set up projects and guide a project team in explorative product innovation projects. You will define best in class business models and state-of the art ecosystem plays and bring them to implementation- You would be responsible for meaningful project challenges and coaching in order to shape the future of ZEISS and our customers, together with the ZEISS business units- You will challenge and further develop our methodologies and ways of working - and help to scale these at ZEISS- You will work and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders, from researchers to business or tech experts

**Profile**:
- University degree from a top university, preferably in natural sciences, medical engineering, informatics, or business- 7+ years of relevant work experience, e.g. in a top management consulting firm or in digital transformation, digital innovation or product management for digital solutions, especially with focus on Life Science, MedTec or related industries.- Track record of successfully leading or coaching product innovation groups, large innovation projects or teams in a dynamic set up Sound understanding of the digital economy and data-enabled business models paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets- Strong communication skills and empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds- Passion for innovation and the MedTec & Life Science industry.- Business fluent English is a must(fluency in German would be a plus)
