**Deine Aufgaben**:
Vertrieb und Kundenkommunikation sind Deine Leidenschaft? Du hast Spaß an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten Teams? Im E-Commerce bzw. SaaS-Umfeld fühlst Du Dich zu Hause? Perfekt, dann suchen wir Dich als Team Lead - Sales & Customer Success
- Als Team Lead bist Du für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Sales & Customer Success Teams verantwortlich. Hierbei förderst und forderst Du Deine Teammitglieder, führst u.a. regelmäßig Feedbackgespräche mit den Kolleg:innen und sorgst dafür, dass sie ihre Bestleistung entfalten können.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsbereiches. Proaktiv identifizierst Du Verbesserungspotenziale und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen motiviert Dich. Dabei hast Du mit Deinem analytischen Geschick den Erfolg der umgesetzten Maßnahmen immer im Blick.
- Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnet Dich aus Im operativen Geschäft gelingt es Dir neue Kunden für die econda Lösungen zu gewinnen. Außerdem sicherst Du die Zufriedenheit unserer Bestandskunden, indem Du die Kundenbeziehungen pflegst und diese aktiv durch Cross
- und Upselling weiterentwickelst.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im vertrieblichen Umfeld sammeln können, idealerweise im E-Commerce bzw. SaaS-Umfeld. Du weißt genau, wie Du Kunden und Interessenten überzeugst und begeisterst
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste Führungserfahrung mit und hast Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams
- Deine Ausdauer und Eigenmotivation ermöglichen es Dir auch herausfordernde Situationen erfolgreich zu meistern
- Selbstorganisation und strukturiertes Arbeiten sind Deine Stärken. Zudem zeichnet Dich Deine kommunikative und empathische Art aus
