As part of the core team of our Venture Lab we are looking for a

**Operations Lead (M/F/d) (part-time working student)**:
**How you will support us**:

- Organize the VL Quantum offerings, e.g., TechChallenges, Workshops, Quantum Entrepreneurship Lab (QEL)
- Coach of start-up teams in the above-mentioned offerings
- Organize events, e.g., our Quantum Founders Gathering
- Have an overview on quantum technologies and stay up to date with innovations in the field
- Present new innovations at our internal meetings and identification of business areas for quantum technologies

**Your profile**:

- Business acumen and ideally experience with UnternehmerTUM programs
- Drive to create the optimal environment for students to create new ventures in the quantum space
- Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and pragmatic way of working with a high degree of ownership
- Fluency in German & English
