**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du übernimmst alle operativen People-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles für eigene, festgelegte Fachbereiche im Unternehmen
- Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter/innen in diesem Bereich und stehst ihnen als vertrauter Kontakt unterstützend zur Seite
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitgeber-Marke mit, bringst kreative Ideen ein und förderst dadurch ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen gerne arbeiten und ihre Potentiale entfalten können
- Du wirkst bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer People Prozesse mit und setzt Verbesserungen nachhaltig um
- Du gestaltest und leitest Schulungen und Workshops für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen zu verschiedenen HR-Themen

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss mit, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich mit Personalthemen
- Du konntest bereits erste Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif
- und Sozialrecht sammeln
- Du legst eine selbständige, strukturierte & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise an den Tag
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch) und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Dein ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie deine empathische und aufgeschlossene Einstellung gegenüber Kolleginnen und Kollegen zeichnet dich aus
