**Das gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben**:

- Du durchläufst über einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren die Fachbereiche Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung (Industrial Engineering) und die Produktindustrialisierung
- Im Rahmen Deiner Einsätze eignest du dir spezifisches Wissen zu unseren Produkten, Strukturen, Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen an und baust dir ein breites Netzwerk an unserem Standort und in unserem Unternehmen auf
- In den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

- Analyse der aktuellen Fertigungsabläufe, des Materialflusses und der Bestandsbewegungen
- Optimierung der Fertigungssteuerung sowie der dazugehörigen Systeme
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung des Produktionsportfolios
- Bereitstellung, Aufbereitung und Analyse produktionsrelevanter Leistungskennzahlen
- Durchführung von Ressourcen
- und Kapazitätsanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Entlohnungssysteme
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Rahmen von Operational Excellence (z.B. Optimierung des Produktionsflusses)
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Reifengrößen in die Produktion inkl. Planung von Versuchen und deren Auswertung
- Organisation von Mustermaterialien, Beurteilung der Testergebnisse, Defektanalyse und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Überwachung der Vorserien und Optimierung des Reifens für die Serienfertigung

**So sollte Dein Profil aussehen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erste Praxiserfahrung, insbesondere im produzierenden Gewerbe von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe auch bei der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen Spaß an der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie starke Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Excel Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
