**Your responsibilities**
- Involvement in the definition and maintenance of the security architecture, strategy and service roadmap for Microsoft Services across Uniper.
- Ensure that the future strategy for Uniper takes into account industry trends and especially Microsoft developments.
- Support and guide Service Owners by identifying service improvement opportunities with a particular focus on IT security design.
- Evangelize the digitalization of the future Workplace as fundamental for the energy transition across various stakeholder groups.

**Your profile**
- Expertise in M365 Security elements, including Security, Compliance & Identity with Information Protection, Information Governance, Risk Management ( optional: Zero Trust)
- Experience across the M365 workloads, including: SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD Power Power Platform, Viva
- High motivation to collaborate in a distributed and international team from various regions, businesses and IT functions
- Excellent English language skills and German on an appropriate business language level would be beneficial
- Good conceptual skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking
