Working Student: Procurement

In your new role you will:

- Support the **Procurement Facilities Management **team responsible for capital construction invest and FM services
- Work on **data analysis **, maintenance and support data extraction
- Support category managers in **supplier management **and **supplier development **tasks as well as administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, analyses (spend, savings, ad hoc requests, internal reporting))
- Preparation and structuring of **tender processes**:

- Analyzing of incoming proposals of bidders
- Support and attend **negotiations with suppliers **and support for documentation topics (as contract, tender and awarding documents)
- Organizational support and meeting arrangements and support for **procurement internal processes and reporting**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Study **Business Informatics, Industrial & Electronic Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management **or any other related fields
- Passionate and motivated **team player **who is able to work independently with **good communication and analytical skills**:

- Possess **very good knowledge of MS Office tools **, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- **Programing skills **e.g. VBA and experience with **SAP systems **are a plus
- Interest in commercials, civil engineering and maintaining services, knowledge advantageous
- Communication and analytical skills
- Speak **English **fluently, **German **is a plus

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
