Product Owner

We are looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner (M/F/d) who will help us to build a new product from scratch to scale and automate our mobility provision process.
As a global mobility provider, our teams need to coordinate schedules, concessions and contracts between the headquarter, local offices and our partners. This results in a complex and challenging workflow that we aim to improve and automate for the users. You will build a new tech product to scale this process. As it is a green field product you will begin your product discovery from scratch and eventually we staff a team around you.
You will join a new, growing, cross-functional and product-focused domain and own the product development for the supply provision process. The product is being used by various internal business stakeholders across the globe and has a profound impact on our vision to provide green and affordable mobility to everyone.
- Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Together with the domain, you develop a product vision, goals, and a strategy to achieve them
- You will drive the product discovery to help us to understand what kind of team and product we will need to build
- You work with a diverse group of stakeholders based in our headquarters as well as users in our local offices around the globe to align on expectations and opportunities
- You build a bridge between the future product team and the users, without being a proxy
- You identify use cases that enable internal users and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives
- You communicate the complexity of the product in an intuitive way to non-experts and stakeholders
- You support adoption of our new product and the ensuing changes to business processes
- You define success criteria to measure your product's impact on the users and their work
- You own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
With your innovative mindset, you embrace uncertainty and get excited about building a completely new product.
- You bring 3+ years of professional experience as a product owner, ideally you have ramped-up a new product already
- You have worked closely with business stakeholders in the past
- You are able to find consent in an environment where different stakeholders have different requirements
- You have experience in product discovery and value small but meaningful iterations
- You are a strong communicator with excellent English fluency
- You have a curious mindset and continuously challenge the status quo to never stop innovating
- You leverage UI/UX findings to spot and evaluate customer-centric product opportunities
- You are a true team-player, full of empathy and intuition
