**Tasks & responsibilities** You will support decisions on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessments and learning effectiveness measures-
- Based on these insights on learning progress as well as stakeholder feedback, you will propose and lead training process improvement projects.-
- In this context, you will also Identify and implement innovative learning systems and tools as well as external or “off-the-shelf” training materials to further enhance the learning strategy.-
- In all this, you will ensure that instructional material reflect the diversity of learners and cultures within Boehringer Ingelheim.**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in business, natural sciences or comparable experience with specialization in instructional design-
- Several years’ experience in global and cross-functional training project management within the pharmaceutical industry-
- Experience in the development and maintenance of innovative content on learning and communication platforms (e.g., e-learning, forums, etc.)-
- Knowledge and expertise in instructional design, learning content development, and adult learning methodology-
- Proven experience in identification and implementation of novel learning systems and platforms.-
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, database tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and change-
