**Job description**:

- Booking and control of incoming invoices, especially summery invoices (truckers, warehouse keepers, GHA's, airlines/CASS), which are not processable via P2P standard operation - both for FRA branch, as well as for FRA gateway
- Controlling activities such as CASS posting / cost monitoring
- Invoice complaint management with the creditors, especially the use of creditor complaint portals (airlines, etc.)
- Claims administration
- Reporting
- Assistance in the area of figures / data / facts for airfreight management
- Support of other branches in accounts payable / IATA/CASS as required

**Applicant's profile**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship, preferably in a logistic environment
- Several years of experience in invoice processsing
- Good english knowledge
