Workover Supervisor

LOCATION- Hamburg, Germany- STARTING DATE- Next possible starting date- CONTRACT TYPE- Permanent- DEPARTMENT- Reservoir Management, Development & Engineering- WORKING HOURS- Full-time- REFERENCE CODE- 1009- What you can expect - 2nd language- What you can expect- What you can expect - text - 2nd language- Planning, execution and documentation of various well operations as supervisor responsible under mining law, primarily workovers, completions, well intervention, IPS, testing and stimulation operations in cooperation with wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, snubbing, workover facilities as well as drilling rigs
- Collaboration in engineering planning tasks. Here especially on appropriate procedures for safe and effective execution of work and estimation of duration of operations
- Commercial processing of tenders and purchase orders as well as calculation of costs, material consumption and subsequent checking of invoices
- Coordination of personnel, service companies, materials and equipment for assigned work
- Responsible for HSEQ excellence; performing HSEQ activities including quality, process safety and environmental engineering

- several years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry in a responsible position in the management and execution of workovers, completion, well intervention, IPS, testing and stimulation work and ideally additional training in IWCF / BOP course Level III or Level IV, Well Intervention or Drilling
- proactive, team-oriented supervisory leadership with a clear understanding of a role model function, in addition high contact and team skills, initiative, mobility (on/offshore), assertiveness, physical resilience (G26.3, G41), willingness to travel and shift work, offshore suitability as well as willingness to further training
- Ideally: Experience in handling sour gas, training as supervisor in sour gas, equipment carrier training, experience abroad, offshore experience, SAP knowledge, use of reporting software (e.g.: Peloton Wellview; EDM OpenWells).
