Spezialist HR Business Partner für BMW AG (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Lead HR Business Partner im Performancesteering eines Ressorts und größerer Organisationseinheiten bei der Erreichung von Personalzielsetzungen wie Diversity, Managementstrukturen, Tarifstrukturen, Kompetenzumbau
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung von regelmäßigen Reports, Aufzeigen von Handlungsbedarfen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Development talks, HR Days und Portfoliorunden
- Durchführen von personellen Einzelmaßnahmen inkl. Einsteuerung in den Personalauschuss und Versenden von Versetzungsmeldungen
- Unterstützung im daily business der Lead HR Business Partner
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Umorganisation

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung
- Ersten Erfahrungen im HR Bereich
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
