Als Financial Controller (m/w/d) bei Spreadshirt sorgst du dafür, dass die Geschäftsführung, Direktoren sowie das gesamte Unternehmen Einblicke in unsere Umsatz
- und Kostenentwicklung erhalten. Gemeinsam analysiert ihr Hintergründe der gegenwärtigen Performance. Wir suchen jemanden, der Spaß daran hat, unser Financial Reporting weiterzuentwickeln und neue Geschäftsfelder zu integrieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du erstellst die monatlichen Umsatzreportings inklusive Kommentierung an den Vorstand und die Business Area Verantwortlichen
- Du analysierst die Umsatz-, Kosten
- und Ergebnisentwicklung unserer Business Areas
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Financial Reportings an die Geschäftsführung und andere Stakeholder
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung der Budgetplanung sowie bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Forecasts inklusive Qualitätssicherung mit
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Accounting sowie für die Fachbereiche und Business Units
- Du bist unter anderem Ansprechpartner*in bei Spreadshirts IT Projekten zum Thema Umsatzabbildung.
- Du lieferst die erforderlichen Informationen für Entscheidungen sowie ad hoc Fragestellungen. Dabei hilft dir dein analytisches Talent, die relevanten Aspekte hervorzuheben.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung und verfügst über relevante Berufserfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Du verfügst nachweislich über ein sehr gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge, sowie hervorragende systematische und analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit der Fähigkeit die Ergebnisse verständlich darzustellen und zu kommunizieren.
- Du hast sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Business Intelligence Tool (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, qlik)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

**Von Vorteil**:

- Du hast Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Aufsetzen und Arbeiten mit einem Financial Reporting System, idealerweise mit LucaNet, E-Commerce, Internationales Controlling, SQL / Datenbanken, ERP-Systeme
