- **What you can expect**:

- You are responsible for the administrative preparation and execution of all management and team meetings, incl.
- agenda development in alignment with the CEO
- scheduling of the meeting date
- distribution of presentations
- drafting and distribution of minutes
- communication with all relevant stakeholders
- You develop and maintain a structured archive system in MS Teams to store documents, in particular minutes and contracts that allow for easy access to those key documents
- You maintain and update contract management data base (Ariba, CORA or other software) and execute timely PO management in close collaboration with the finance expert of Bioceuticals
- You manage all travel and travel expense management of CEO
- You support in the development of presentations, e.g., assure to gather input, to format and proof-read
- You will be the source of information for the Bioceuticals AG regarding working activities and be the contact for all partners
- You flexibly support CEO in any adhoc requests
- **Who we are looking for**:

- You have a Bachelor or Master degree or similar work experience
- Ideally you already have had exposure to cross cultural, multi-lingual environments
- You are fluent in German and English in speaking and writing
- You feel confident using Microsoft office and have proven capabilities in data management, and similar service-related activities and have basic project management skills
- You are able to
- communicate in a clear, concise, and well-structured way, both verbally and in writing - you are able to adjust your style to different audiences
- influence/drive things forward and achieve results
- see the relevance of processes behind the activity of a department
- You have flawless work ethics and are committed towards executing the job correctly and on time
- You are a true team player
