Ihre Aufgaben:

- Kontaktperson für den Kunden und Service Mitarbeiter
- Übernehme des Supports bei technischen Problemen und produktspezifischen Anfragen
- Planen der Einsätze von Service Technikern
- Übernehmen des Ersatzteilmanagements
- Durchführen der Koordinierung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Beobachten des Marktes, ermitteln des Bedarfs und verkaufen aktiver Serviceprodukte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem After Sales Service und dem Sales

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Mechanik oder ein vergleichbares Fachgebiet
- Berufserfahrung als Servicemitarbeiter*in oder Montagetechniker*in
- Technische Affinität und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Kunden
- Bereitschaft für 24/7 Schicht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office wäre von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes technisches Verständnis
