**Position**:
**SW Technical Project Leader - Gateway Software development project**
- SW project steering.
- Supplier steering.
- SW release management.
- SW development status tracking and bug fix management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Project status reporting.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Vehicle Engineering.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in automotive field (OEM, Tier 1/2, Engineering specialist).
- Expertise in SW development, SW management, design change request management.
- Expertise in SW validation process.
- Technical competence on function development.
- Planning skill.
- Knowledge of Project managements tools.
- Knowledge of VW/AUDI Processes, Tools and Working Model is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Leadership.
- Ability to manage complex timelines.
- Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills and data processing.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work within a diverse team.

**Language skills**:knowledge of **German **and **English **mandatory.
