File Services requirement:
- Solution Design Engineering Migration Planning Migration Documentation 3rd Level Support Knowledge-Transfer Additional more specified services due to a current project.
- Copy data out of old archive until all relevant data is on new share encrypted with LAN crypt
- Support of Walkthrough DSM system with FL − Identify / create Reader Group per Company within customer Group for company folder
- Identify / create Reader and Changer Group per 1st level folder below company folder.
- Test ACL protection with allowed and disallowed users
- Script that adds remaining retention time on a per file basis: Netapp policy protection can be increased but not shortened. So individual protection needs to be determined from file date and applied.
- Keep migrated data read-only until retention period has passed and align on auto-deletion with data owners.
- Consider alternate approach like SharePoint online and immutable objects KT session SMTD creation BAU Support
Skills:
- Manage DFS environment effectively.
- Take care of file services portal(Development & bug fixing etc.)
- Participate in troubleshooting call for P1 & P2 & provide the solution within the SLA.
- Execute migration projects which includes transfer of the data at storage layer, also setting up user ACL’s at destination, to participate in the hyper care phase.
- Support offshore team in L3 level support.
- Design the solution for new projects including preparation of TDD, HLD, LLD & SMTD documents.
- Create SOP’s for daily task’s.
- Involvement in BAU tasks & projects.
- Participate in maintenance activities, server patching in DE, NPP region.
- Work on PR/NSR, incidents, SR’s, CR’s & support customer on different queries within the stipulated time frame.
- Working knowledge of NetApp & file-based storage devices & ANF etc.
- Knowledge on active directory.
- Batch scripting, PowerShell etc.
- SFTP solution
- Support to windows operating system & related certifications.
