Key Responsibilities:
- Management of regulatory requirements in the area of managed investment funds
- Ongoing advisory for business units on daily business and regulatory updates implementation
- Ensuring that all external and internal requirements are adhered to entailing AIFMD, MiFiD, MAR.
- Nice to have knowledge in WpHG, MaComp,
- Creation and regular update of risk analysis and the associated risk profile
- Identifying training needs and conducting necessary training
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Engagement in Compliance projects
What we expect:
- Well-rounded, relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in this field
- Sound understanding of the financial sector regulation
- Knowledge of Financial Markets and related risks
- Degree in economics, business administration, finance, law, or a related field
- Excellent skills in English and German
