Als Mitglied des Qualitätsmanagement-Teams unterstützen Sie Prozesse, die für die Qualität unserer Produkte unerlässlich sind und einen zuverlässigen Produktionsablauf ermöglichen. Dies erreichen Sie durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen und Abteilungen, um Lösungen für verschiedene Herausforderungen zu finden und gleichzeitig die Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems zu gewährleisten.
**Ein Tag im Leben**
- Überprüfung von Kundenreklamationen und internen Abweichungen zusammen mit den Funktionsteams und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung des Dokumentenmanagementsystems und Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Konsistenz der Dokumentation
- Zusammenarbeit mit Fachleuten bei der Bewertung von Anträgen auf Prozessänderungen und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Änderungen.
- Mitwirkung an der Überwachung des Schulungsmanagementprogramms
- Durchführung und Dokumentation interner Audits der Prozesse des Standorts
**Der Schlüssel zum Erfolg**
Ausbildung
- B.Sc. oder M.Sc. in Biologie, Biotechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Weitere Qualifikationen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder Qualitätssicherung sind von Vorteil
Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im oder Grundkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
- Fachkenntnisse in Molekularbiologie und verwandten Techniken
Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten, Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, sich selbständig zu organisieren
- Analytische Fähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit zur Lösung komplexer Probleme
- Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um als Mitglied eines Teams zu arbeiten und effektiv mit anderen Teams und Funktionen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
