Head of MICE & Corporate (m/w/d) für die Marke Mein Schiff (R)

WORAUF DU DICH FREUEN KANNST

Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches sowie Verantwortung für die weitere Digitalisierung, Vertriebsautomatisierung und dem Thema Internationalisierung
Akquise/Leadgenerierung - Nutzung u.a. digitaler Vertriebskanäle und Online-Marketingstrategien zur Kunden
- & Partnergewinnung
Business Development
Verantwortung für den Aus
- und Aufbau des Vertriebsnetzwerkes (Tour Operator, OTAS sowie im Bereich MICE und Corporate Sales für die Mein Schiff-Flotte) in ausgewählten europäischen Regionen (Skandinavien, AT/CH, BENELUX)
Leitung von MICE- sowie Voll
- und Teilcharter-Projekten sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Budget
- und Kostenplanung
Team
- und Mitarbeiterführung (Recruiting, Onboarding, Ziel
- und Entwicklungsgespräche etc.)

WONACH WIR SUCHEN

Studium mit Schwerpunkt Sales & Marketing und/oder E-Commerce oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Vertrieb (im touristischen oder customer related Umfeld von Vorteil) und in der Entwicklung neuer Vertriebsstrategien
Erfahrung in der Identifizierung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Märkte auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Feldern wie Corporate, B2B-B2C, MICE, Gruppen und/oder Business Development/Digitalisierung; Erfahrung und/oder Wissen über die Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen vorteilhaft
Sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern, sehr gute kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick mit nachweisbarer Abschlussstärke
Strategische Denk
- und Arbeitsweise gepaart mit guten analytischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
„Spielertrainer“-Mentalität zur Motivation und Führung eigener Mitarbeiter und interdisziplinärer Teams
Treibende Kraft bei der Leitung von Projekten sowie sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills
