Sw Test Architect

ADIT (Advanced Driver Information Technology) is a joint-venture which was founded 2003 between Robert-Bosch-GmbH and DENSO. Our main focus is on development of base-software for driver information systems. We are expanding into base-software for autonomous driving area. Our teams are located mainly in Germany, India and Vietnam. The test domain works mainly in four areas: component/sub-system testing; project specific test concepts & test frameworks; acceptance testing for silicon vendor supplier deliveries as well as Linux platform release testing.

**You will**:

- join the international team as a test architect in an agile (SAFe) environment
- guide and train teams of engineers with your architectural experience with embedded software test development
- define the ADIT-product specific test-architecture in alignment with product management and architecture for the different ADIT products
- enforce testing guidelines, requirement handling and team collaboration rules to keep high quality standards not just in the test team, but also in the development domains
- enable and support team members to efficiently implement test cases
- train and guide the members staying on top of the state of the art
- be the interface to other leads, developers and customers

**Authorities**:

- Decision on product specific test-architecture in alignment with product management and architecture
- Decision on test strategy, frameworks, guidelines of acceptance testing in alignment with supplier management and architecture
- Contribute to team vision and (product) roadmap

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant multi-year experience in embedded, low-level SW test architecture, corresponding
certificates such as ISAQB, ISTQB are beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Strong conceptual capabilities paired with proven ability to drive technical decisions
- Self-directed learning, keeping your technical expertise up-to-date
- Additional proven experience in embedded low-level SW development is a plus
- Strong experience in UML, OOD and design patterns
- Proven experience using test frameworks in embedded low-level-SW products
- Performing good presentations in live and in online settings - inspiring, to the point
- You feel at home working in a Linux environment
- Good to excellent English communication skills, additional German skills are beneficial
- Good to excellent graduate-level degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or
similar qualification
