Da die Arbeit mit ukrainischen Kandidaten in Deutschland für uns eine neue Situation darstellt, suchen wir eine aktive, tatkräftige, kontaktfreudige und loyale Person mit Hands on Mentalität, die Herausforderungen löst. Zudem hilft sie aktiv die Entwicklung eines Konzepts der Zusammenarbeit mit ukrainischen Mitarbeitern umzusetzen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Ihre Aufgabe ist es Mitarbeiter, die für unsere Kunden in Deutschland tätig werden, telefonisch und sprachlich zu unterstützen.
- Sie sind die Brücke der Kommunikation zwischen dem Arbeitnehmer und dem Projektleiter.
- Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeiter im Kontakt mit dem Projektleiter in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen (Arbeitsvertrag, Urlaub, Tätigkeit beim Kunden, Vergütung und andere Verwaltungsangelegenheiten) sowie bei Fragen zur Unterbringung bei Personen, die unsere Unterkünfte in Anspruch nehmen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Sie sind ein aufgeschlossener Mensch und können mit positiver Energie anstecken
- Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse der rumänischen und deutschen Sprache, sowie:

- Koordinations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Flexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Führerschein der Klasse B
