**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Rekrutierung von Praktikant:innen und Werkstudierenden, d.h. du bist für den **gesamten Recruiting Prozesses** von der Stellenausschreibung bis hin zur Einstellung verantwortlich
- Du wirst vollständig in das **Tagesgeschäft** eines Talent Acquisition Managers einbezogen und unterstützt unser Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben
- Der Recruiting Prozess bietet dir die Chance, mit verschiedenen Teams und Kandidaten **zusammenzuarbeiten,** da Du die Erstgespräche führen wirst und anschließend die Koordination von weitern Vorstellungsgesprächen übernimmst
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen **Recruiting Strategien**, um nachhaltig und vorzeitig neue Talente für uns zu gewinnen und sie an AutoScout24 zu binden
- Dafür schließt du **Kooperationen** mit Schulen, Hochschulen und weiteren Institutionen und stärkst somit die Reichweite und Bekanntheit unserer Arbeitgebermarke
- Mitwirken an **Projekten**, wie z. B. im Bereich Hochschulmarketing oder Employer Branding

**Dein Profil**
- Du bist im **Studium** der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Human Resources, Psychologie oder andere ähnliche Studiengänge
- Du begeisterst dich für Recruiting und interessierts dich für die **digitale Welt**:

- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit **interdisziplinären Schnittstellen** in einem **internationalen** Technologieumfeld
- Du bist sehr **selbstständig**, organisiert und zuverlässig
- Du bist **lösungsorientiert** und bringst Deine Ideen ein
- Du bist bereit für ein **abwechslungsreiches **Praktikum von 4-6 Monaten, bei dem du nicht nur dein bereits erworbenes Wissen anwenden kannst, sondern auch **herausgefordert **wirst und die Möglichkeit hast, Neues zu lernen
- Verhandlungssichere **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** sind erforderlich
