**Your tasks**:

- Plan, conduct and follow up internal audit and advisory projects according to Brose Group´s internal audit plan and business needs
- Review, assess and recommend measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes and internal controls, risk management and governance procedures
- Lead auditor role on site (incl. guidance and review of activities of younger team members or co-sourcers)
- Conduct gap analyses and ad-hoc audits, support in conducting special audits / investigations and Management requested projects
- Prepare and present audit results and recommendation to Head of Internal Audit, to local Management, to responsible Senior Management, Department Heads and Process owners
- Improve internal auditing methods and auditing processes, e.g. lean / agile
- Follow-up the remediation status, assess the status of implementation of agreed audit recommendations in terms of timing and effectiveness
- Become expert within a specific area of audit competency, e.g. cycles such as “P2P (purchasing)”, “O2C (sales)”, controls, specific Brose region

**Your Profile**:

- Academic degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Law or similar
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in internal auditing, in audit function of a global company or Big4 or equivalent
- Internal audit specific qualification is a plus (CIA/CISA/CPA/CFE or equivalent)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics (e.g. SAP, IDEA, ACL)
- Knowledge of processes, controls and governance processes (e.g. COSO, COBIT)
- Fluent in English, other foreign languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Highly structured, analytic, systematic, confident, and organized
