Die Adam Hall Group ist ein führender Hersteller von Veranstaltungstechnik. Als Incoming Goods Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Teamlead und sorgst mit dem Wareneingangs Team für einen reibungslosen operativen Betrieb.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Steuerung und Überwachung des Außenlagers (insb. Bestandsverlagerungen inkl. Transporte, Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Abladen und Vorbereiten der Umlagerungen)
- Mitwirkung und Erstellung Personaleinsatzplanung und -betreuung (wie z.B. Schulungen, Unterweisungen)
- Kommunikation zu angrenzenden Abteilungen (Value added Service, Quality Control, Technical Support)
- Bearbeitung von Transportmängel / Lieferungsmängel bearbeiten (Abstimmung Dispo / QC / Inbound) und Bestandsprüfungen bei Einlagerungsmängeln
- Optimierungspotentiale identifizieren und Umsetzung veranlassen
- Pflege der Logistikstammdaten
- Wareneingangsprüfung, Bearbeiten und Verbuchung der Ware im Warehouse Management System, Bestellabgleiche durchführen, Etikettierung der Sendungen, (Containerentladung bei Personalengpässen)

**Das bringst du mit**:

- AUSBILDUNG: kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Logistikumfeld, wie z.B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Logistikmeister oder vergleichbar
- ERFAHRUNG: Umfassende Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich und fundierte Kenntnisse der Betriebsabläufe im Lager. Erfahrungen in der Erfassung der Lagerbewegung und Bestandsmanagement.
- KENNTNISSE: MS-Office, ERP (idealerweise MS Navision oder Business Central), Warehouse Management System (idealerweise SupCis)
- SOFT SKILLS: Kooperativer und genauer Arbeitsstil mit klarer Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, selbständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- SONSTIGES: Teamplayer, Organisationsgeschick, Stressresistenz, logisches Denken, Flexibilität wechselnde Arbeitszeiten zwischen 6-17 Uhr
