Unser Standort in Bad Aibling ist Kompetenzzentrum für Blisterverpackung und Brausetabletten.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Aufbau und Durchführung eines kennzahlengestützten Produktionscontrollings
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
- Überwachung von KPIs sowie Erarbeitung und Initiierung von Optimierungs
- und Effizienzmaßnahmen
- Durchführung des Abschluss-Reportings
- Verantwortlichkeit für das Investitionscontrolling
- Begleitung von Projekten (z.B. SAP-Einführung)
- Mitarbeit an der Erstellung jährlicher Kostenbudgets und unterjähriger Forecasts
- Durchführen von Vor
- und Nachkalkulationen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Kalkulationstools
- Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichten Unterstützung beim Kosten-Coaching der Fachbereiche
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen oder adäquate abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
- Expertenwissen Produktionscontrolling wünschenswert
- Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS-Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, sehr hohe Zahlenaffinität in Verbindung mit absoluter Präzession
- Selbständige, zuverlässige, lösungs
- und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität Gute Englischkenntnisse
