Für den Bereich Site Operations innerhalb der Sartorius Xell GmbH suchen wir einen Quality Control Expert(x|w|m) für den Standort Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. Die Stelle bietet die Möglichkeit seine Arbeitszeit durch Gleitzeit flexibel auszugestalten. In dieser Funktion sind Sie eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem QC-Laborteam und der Produktion sowie dem Qualitätssicherungs-Team (QA).

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie koordinieren die Arbeit im QC-Labor und führen die Überprüfung von Produkten und Rohstoffen auf Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Anforderungen und Freigabespezifikationen durch
- Die QC-Ergebnisse werden von Ihnen dokumentiert und anhand der geltenden Richtlinien (z. B. EP, USP, ISO) überprüft
- Sie sind für die Qualifizierung, Validierung, (präventiven) Wartung und Kalibrierung von QC-Ausrüstung/Methoden verantwortlich
- SOP´s werden durch Sie erstellt und überprüft
- Sie untersuchen Abweichungen von der Spezifikation (OOS), führen Ursachenanalysen und Risikobewertungen durch und sind an der Behebung beteiligt
- Korrektur
- und Präventivmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen und Auditbeobachtungen werden von Ihnen weiterverfolgt
- Während interner und externer Audits stehen sie beratend zur Seite
- Interne Schulungen und Coaching zu Qualitätskontrollsystemen runden Ihr Aufgabenportfolio ab

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften
- Sie können mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise in der Pharma
- und/oder Biotech-Branche vorweisen
- Kenntnisse der Anforderungen und relevanten Industriestandardpraktiken und Qualitätsnormen (z. B. ISO, EP, USP) können Sie vorweisen
- Sie denken analytisch und tragen zur effektiven Problemlösung bei
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist effizient und organisiert und Sie haben die Fähigkeit mehrere Prozesse und Prioritäten effektiv zu verwalten und realistische Arbeitsabläufe zu entwickeln
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
