Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Du unterstützt die Qualitätssicherung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und bereitest ausgewählte Dokumente, Präsentationen und Daten vor
Zudem begleitest Du neue Kollegen beim Einstieg in unser Schulungssystem und verfolgst deren Schulungsziel über das Jahr
Die Pflege und Prüfung von Daten im GMP-Umfeld gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die Ausgabe und Archivierung von Dokumenten, z.B. von Logbüchern
Die Planung, Koordination, Abstimmung und Kontrolle von Terminen liegt in Deiner Hand und Du verfolgst Timelines und Projekte abteilungsübergreifend nach
Du bereitest Meetings vor und protokollierst diese
Du organisierst und betreust kleine teaminterne Veranstaltungen und verstärkst somit unser positives Teambuilding

Anforderungsprofil
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, einen Bachelorabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise konntest Du schon erste Erfahrungen in der Teamassistenz sammeln
Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig, qualitätsbewusst und behältst immer den Überblick
Ein organisatorisches Geschick, Hilfsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität gehören zu deinen Stärken
Du gehst gerne auf neue Kollegen zu und hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Du bist flexibel, engagiert und legst Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander
Du hast Freude Dein Wissen und Deine Erfahrung einzubringen und stetig an Verbesserungen mitzuwirken
