**Operational Risk Officer (w/m/d) (all genders) bei Personal Investors**:

**Aufgaben & Verantwortung: Das erwartet dich**:
Um die effektive Umsetzung der 2nd Line of Defence Tätigkeit von RISK bei BNP Paribas Personal Investors Germany sicherzustellen, übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
- Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung innerhalb des Operational Risk Bereichs von Personal Investors
- Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung, Koordination und Kommunikation der jährlichen 2nd LoD Kontrollen sowie außerordentlicher Oversight-Kontrollen/Investigations, z.B. Reviews von Risk
- und Control Self Assessments, Gruppenkontrollplänen, lokaler Kontrollpläne sowie Re-Performance von Kontrollen
- Eigenständige Identifikation von Anpassungsnotwendigkeiten aufgrund rechtlicher und qualitativer Erfordernisse unter Berücksichtigung von Risikogesichtspunkten
- Freigabe und Entwicklung von Ausnahmeregelungen
- Verantwortung für die Organisation und Erstellung von regulatorischen und internen Reportings und Teilnahme an internen Risiko Komitees
- Enge Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Teams innerhalb der 1st Line of Defence sowie Austausch mit nationalen und internationalen Unternehmenseinheiten
- Eigenständige Beurteilung des Vorliegens von ineffizienten Permanent Control-Prozessen, Unregelmäßigkeiten oder erkannten Incidents und Eskalation an das operative Management und an Compliance
**Expertise & Soft Skills: Das bringst du mit**:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bankgeschäft und entsprechenden Ausbildungshintergrund, beispielsweise erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanz
- oder Businessmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld einer Bank oder einer vergleichbaren Institution
- Solides Wissen über operationelle Risiken und damit verbundene regulatorische Anforderungen
- Eine gute Kenntnis der Themen Finanzen, Rechnungslegung und Steuern ist wünschenswert
- Fortschrittliche Kenntnisse von MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) und Datenanalyse-Tool (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Fähigkeit, Ad-hoc-Projekte zu leiten
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von MS-Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Schlussfolgerndes Denken und sehr gute Analysefähigkeiten
