Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Viersen-Dülken suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Service Desk Supporter (m/w/d) für den First Level Support in Teilzeit.

**Aufgabengebiet**:

- Entgegennahme von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen von Kunden im First Level Support
- Bearbeitung und Kategorisierung von Support-Tickets
- Analyse und Lösung von technischen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Hard
- und Software
- Remote-Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Fehlerbehebung
- Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen und Lösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Second Level Support bei komplexeren Fällen

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker, Systemelektroniker, Informatikkaufmann, Systemkaufmann (m/w/d)) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen
- Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Service Desk-Bereich von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 und Active Directory
- Gute Kenntnisse der Standardhardware
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am IT-Support
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ein gültiger Pkw-Führerschein (Klasse B) ist wünschenswert

**Die Position ist in Teilzeit (25 Wochenstunden / flexible Zeiteinteilung) zu besetzen**:
