**Your Responsibilities**:
In a software company, the role of a Quality, Risk, and Information Security Officer is crucial in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for our ISMS and QMS processes:
- Represent management and liaise between the various departments for SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, CSA Cloud STAR Level 2 and ISO 9001
- Develop, implement and enforce information security policies, procedures and guidelines to safeguard organizational data
- Manage and implement risk management within Jedox as per ISO 27005 framework
- Implement and increase adoption of our Governance, Risk and Compliance tool
- Carry out internal audits as per ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Follow up on the mitigation of internal and external audits
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security protocols
- Communicate and engage with all involved Stakeholders, making sure that people can access the information they need and understand what is expected of them for the processes to run smoothly, continuously improving them
**Your Profile**:
- Degree or training with relevant professional experience in the fields of Business Administration, IT, information security, awareness, cyber security
- At least 2 years of professional experience - ideally in the software industry, in consulting, in medium-sized businesses responsible for internal quality systems and processes, in risk management, information security, or internal project management.
- Certifications such as ISMS, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and CRISC
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as assertiveness
- Strong communication skills, very good written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to stay informed on latest security trends, threads and technologies and a continuous improvement mentality
