Product Image Coordinator

**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- You are supporting marketing team with organizational and product image process management
- You will project manage the creation of all requested assets to ensure for a smooth work progress
- You are acting like an inhouse visual asset factory for all kinds of visual, but static asset types. (Fabrics, Samples, Color proofing )
- You will ensure tracking of digital assets and oversee the end-to-end vendor imagery process
- You ensure that timelines are getting met and you always have the latest status of each asset
- You ensure that all incoming orders contains of the relevant information to ensure proper production, secure samples and models and confirm delivery time
- You contribute to the planning of production and you identify efficiencies to optimize process and cost without impact on quality. (clear communication with photographers, shooting teams )
- You own and coordinate tasks and communication between marketing and production teams; as well as communicate deviations in scope, time plan and quality with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance of the final delivery according to briefs, concepts and guidelines
- Build and maintain good relations and cooperate closely between marketing and production teams
- You as well responsible for the external resource planning to mitigate an internal overload and to ensure meeting of critical timelines

**Your profile of qualification**:

- Education or work experience within communication, marketing or equivalent
- Knowledge in and understanding of image production processes and tools
- Experience in planning, coordination and administration of projects of different scopes and complexities
- Ability to understand a brief and translate into efficient image production as well as to influence collaboration between stakeholders
- Ability to cope pressure and meet the needs of a demanding changing/growing international business
- Attention to details, organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills, especially in English, complete your profile
