**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortliche Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
- Aufbau von Expertenwissen zu gesetzlichen Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen (z.B. SBTI, CBAM, EnEfG, LkSG, Plastiksteuer, etc.)
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsanalysen und Projekten in Kooperation mit internen und externen Partnern
- Ansprechpartner der Geschäftsführung zu allen relevanten Nachhaltigkeits-Themen
- Erstellung und Entwicklung von Kennzahlen sowie eines Nachhaltigkeits-Berichtswesens
- Übertragung des Knowhows an andere Standorte in der globalen Organisation der Business Unit Forged Technologies

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Thema Nachhaltigkeit
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken in Kombination mit Eigeninitiative, Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
