As a global leader in contract logistics, DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Solutions Designer to develop and implement
**innovative warehouse solutions** across the
**EMEA region**. We are looking for a
**creative, dynamic individual** who is passionate about driving sustainability and innovation for our customers.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and design technical and commercial warehouse solutions
- Model current and future operational scenarios and provide cost-benefit analysis and value models
- Advise customers on new and innovative solutions that address their needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
- Work with Business Development & Key Account Managers to develop a commercial framework for proposed solutions that align with DSC's growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives
- Be a driver of sustainability and innovation for our customers

What is required from you?
- 4 to 7 years of experience in logistics or end-to-end supply chain
- Master's degree in Supply Chain management, logistics, or Industrial Engineering (or with a focus on)
- Full understanding of all SD tools, techniques, and procedures
- Previous exposure to modeling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics/transport operations, etc.
- Previous experience/knowledge in Project Management
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written at a business level

What can you bring as a plus?
- Fluency in Italian or French is desirable
- Experience in another DHL Division
- Sales experience
- Experience with Word and Access, CAD, Class, and Lamasoft
- Fluency in any further European language
