As Teamlead (f/m/d) - Logistics Solutions you are responsible for a team of 15 SAP consultants, architects and developers. The team implements, runs and improves all SAP based solutions in logistics for the whole E.ON group. Your role is to empower, support and develop your team in making a difference within the upcoming challenges in the energy industry (e.g. robust supply chain, digitalization, standardized template in common S/4 HANA system) and aligning our capabilities and process knowledge to the need of our customers and partners.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**
- You lead a team of SAP consultants, architects and developers bringing logistics within E.ON to the next level (incl. SAP Material Management - Inventory Management, SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Master Data Governance and SAP BW)
- You ensure that everyone in the team is able to accomplish their tasks successfully; supporting, mentoring and developing them with passion
- You support the head of department in all management tasks incl. resource management, budget planning, stakeholder management, operations, organizational matters
- You start and drive new initiatives with our business partners to foster digitalization of logístical processes
- You drive the team forward in continuous improvements, establishing BizDevOps in all areas incl. collaboration with external partners and service providers

**Your Profile**
- Completed academic degree in IT, business informatics, engineering or related field
- Several years of professional IT/ Digital experience, ideally in SAP environment
- First leadership experience of advantage
- Knowledge in business processes and their optimization, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash and / or Master Data Management
- Strong team player with excellent agile leadership and communications skills
- Business fluent in German and English
