Die **Link IT isi GmbH** entwickelt und betreibt verschiedene Anwendungen zur Kollaboration für Kitas, Schulen, Unternehmen, Vereine, Glaubensgemeinschaften und soziale Einrichtungen. Unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Datenschutzanforderungen unserer Nutzer:innen schaffen wir eine einzigartige Plattform zur standortunabhängigen Zusammenarbeit. Unser Kernprodukt, die ganzheitliche Kita-Plattform „Stramplerbande“, begleitet den Kita-Alltag. Mit unseren White-Label-Apps unterstützen wir Unternehmen, soziale Einrichtungen und gemeinnützige Träger in ganz Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

**Dafür brauchen wir dich**:
Als Werkstudent:in Customer Enablement bist du mitten im Geschehen: als vollwertiges Teammitglied kümmerst du dich nicht nur um die Organisation von Schulungen und Kundenevents, sondern führst Anwendungsschulungen vor Ort (im Raum westliches Westfalen) und auch online selbst durch. Außerdem unterstützt du unser Team im Kundensupport und bei organisatorischen Aufgaben.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ
- Vor Menschen sprechen macht dir nichts aus: du kannst dir vorstellen, Schulungen eigenverantwortlich zu halten
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel einsetzbar und auch bereit, Abendveranstaltungen durchzuführen
- Kontakt mit Menschen macht dir Spaß, ob am Telefon, in der Online-Besprechung oder im persönlichen Austausch
- Du hast gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Sharepoint, Planner, Powerpoint, Excel)

**Rahmenbedingungen**
- Wir suchen asap - du kannst (fast) sofort loslegen.
- Es wäre ideal, wenn du 15 bis 20 Wochenstunden arbeiten könntest, in den Semesterferien gerne auch mehr.
- Für den Zeitraum September bis Dezember 2024 planen wir eine Schulungsreihe im Raum westliches Westfalen. Für deine Reisetätigkeiten im Zuge dieser Veranstaltungen erhältst du ein Deutschlandticket.
- Du erhältst von uns die nötige technischen Ausstattung, sodass du von überall aus mobil arbeiten kannst.
