Die AGILA Tierversicherung AG ist ein führendes Unternehmen in der Tiergesundheitsversicherungsbranche mit etwa 30 Jahren Erfahrung.
Durch die kürzliche Abspaltung von der Mutter ist die Stimmung bei AGILA durch Aufbruch geprägt. Das Aktuariat wird aktuell neu aufgebaut und wir suchen Ideengeber, die Spaß am Aufbau von neuen Strukturen und Prozessen haben. - deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Aktuariats-Team Reserving & Capital
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Aktuariats gemeinsam mit dem CFO
- Berechnung und Beurteilung der aufsichtsrechtlichen technischen Rückstellungen und der SCR hinsichtlich deren Angemessenheit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitstellen des versicherungsmathematischen Inhalts zum ORSA- und Kapitalmanagementprozess und Begleiten des Budget
- sowie HGB-Abschlussprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Risikomanagement-Richtlinie und Durchführung von ALM-Studien
- Entwicklung und Implementierung eines effektiven Business-Continuity-Plans
- Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung und Motivation, ein neues Team aufzubauen
- Ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige, analytische und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations

- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
