**Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst u. a.**:
Would you like to do research in the area of high frequency integrated circuits and improve the life of tomorrow? Then the Institute for Electronics Engineering is the right place for you. Our research focuses range from component characterization to system design. Of course, we test our circuits in our advanced lab. Many research activities are in close cooperation with industrial partners. The full-time position is initially limited to 3 years and may possibly extended if necessary. It offers the possibility of a doctorate (Dr.Ing.). Remuneration is based on qualifications and personal requirements according to pay group E 13 TV-L.

**Notwendige Qualifikation**:
Education & Experience:

- A successfully completed university degree (master's degree or comparable) in electrical engineering, technical physics, technical computer science, mechatronics or similar technical fields.
- Knowledge in the areas of high frequency technology, circuit technology and/or systems engineering.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working.

**Wünschenswerte Qualifikation**:
Key Qualifications:

- It would be beneficial if you have knowledge in the design and simulation of high frequency technical systems and circuits (e.g. with ADS or Cadence).
- Knowledge in the area of field simulation (HFSS, CST, Momentum, etc.).
- A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment.

**Bemerkungen**:
