- Das Team Natur
- und Artenschutz EE dezentral begleitet die Projekte von der Flächenidentifikation bis in die Betriebsphase. Unsere Kolleg*innen unterstützen die Projektentwicklung bei allen natur
- und artenschutzfachlichen Fragestellungen. In agilen und dynamischen Teams stellen wir uns der hohen Volatilität im Marktumfeld. Du willst sicherstellen, dass es zukünftig schneller und mehr Grünstrom aus Wind und PV gibt? Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für Dich**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- Als Product Lead führst Du fachlich das Team Natur
- und Artenschutz EE dezentral: Als Coach und Enabler entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit dem Team die Prozesse rund um die Entwicklung von EE-Projekten bis in die Betriebsphase damit Dein Team sein volles Potential entfalten kann
- Die Prüfung und Bearbeitung von natur
- und artenschutzfachlichen Fragestellungen sowie die Beratung von Projektleiter*innen im Rahmen von Windkraft
- und PV-Projekten über alle Projektphasen, vorrangig der Projektentwicklung, liegen ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich
- In deiner Rolle begleitest du regionale bzw. kommunale Planungsprozesse (ROP, FNP, B-Plan) und nimmst an Behördenterminen teil
- Zudem verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards sowie den unternehmensinternen Wissenstransfer
- Du vertrittst die EnBW in Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen wie z.B. beim BWE, BDEW, BfN oder bei Umweltministerien
- Unsere agile Organisation mit geteilter Führung baust Du gemeinsam mit Product Cluster Lead, People Lead und People Cluster Lead weiter aus, indem du dich um die fachliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung Deines Teams sowie um die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen gemeinsam mit dem People Lead kümmerst. Hierbei berücksichtigst du auch die Ressourcenplanung einzelner Projekte

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und bringst idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Natur
- und Artenschutz mit
- Idealerweise kannst du auf erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Teams zurückblicken
- Ein sicheres und wertschätzendes Verhandlungsgeschick mit Behörden und Fachgutachtern zeichnen dich aus
- Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und verfügst über analytisches und interdisziplinäres Denkvermögen. Dabei zeigst du ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Engagement
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, kannst Menschen auf sympathische Weise von guten Ideen überzeugen und gehst mutig voran, um Ideen auf neuen Wegen zu realisieren
