Der Bereich „Customer Information Services“ ist verantwortlich für die normenkonforme Erstellung von Produktinformationen jeder Art. Bei uns entstehen klassische Handbücher, Software-Oberflächentexte, Datenblätter, Grafiken, Videos aber auch intelligente Informationen für Systeme und Anlagen und Knowledge Artikel für unseren Service. Das konzernweite Übersetzungsmanagement liegt ebenfalls in unserer Verantwortung.

Der Bereich „Customer Information Services“ bringt digitale Lösungen und reale Anwendungen zusammen. Wenn auch du alle Chancen der Digitalisierung im Bereich Content & Media Engineering für dich und SMA nutzen möchtest, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig

**Dein Beitrag für das große Ganze**
- Initiierung und Durchführung von fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten (u. a. mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement sowie externen Partnern) gemäß vereinbarter Qualitäts-, Kosten
- und Terminvorgaben liegt in deinem Tätigkeitsbereich
- Du positionierst Projekte innerhalb des Bereichs und in angrenzenden Fachbereichen
- Qualifiziertes Projektreporting und -monitoring und Sicherstellung transparenter Berichterstattung über Projektfortschritt und -ergebnisse sind deine Augaben
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du durch deine Mitarbeit die Projekte innerhalb des Bereichs Customer Information Services

**Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Projekt Management oder einer vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Erfahrungen** **in der Projektsteuerung mit einer Projektmanagementzertifizierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse weiterer Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kommunikationskompetenz, unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Qualitäts
- und Ergebnisorientierung
