**Your responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with your team to manage all operational HR tasks across national and international settings.
- Take charge of coordinating job interviews and telephone screenings independently, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations, utilizing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Be the primary point of contact for our teamies in the office, maintaining our office environment ensuring it remains conducive to productivity and well-being.
- Engage in exciting upcoming projects such as global benefits initiatives, payroll expansions into new countries, and more
**That´s you***:
- You are in the final stages of your studies or a related field, or have recently successfully completed them.
- Ideally you already bring experience from a previous internship or any other kind of working experience
- You speak very good German and English in both speaking and writing
- Your working style is characterized by a structured and precise approach, collaborative thinking, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Absolute trustworthiness are indispensable in this position.
- And last but not least: You are a team player, prioritizing service and bring sunshine to your colleagues.
